What are your hours?
  • Daytime office hours are 11:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Evening sessions are available Monday through Thursday, either from 6:30-8:00 p.m., or from 7:00-8:30 p.m.
Where will we meet?

I meet with couples at my home in St. Paul. The setting is comfortable and relaxed.

How are your premarital education classes structured?

This marriage preparation program has been organized to be convenient for busy couples whose time is at a premium. We meet for two 60-90 minute sessions. Some couples want to meet within the same week, while others prefer a week or even a month between sessions. We can schedule them however it works best for you.

What is the cost?

The cost for two private premarital education sessions is $295, payable at our first meeting by check or credit card. This fee includes all the course materials.

Could you tell us a little about yourself?

After receiving a bachelor's degree in psychology from Carleton College in Northfield, MN, I moved to Chicago, where I earned my master's degree.

At my 15-year college reunion, I reconnected with an old friend - and fell in love! So I left Chicago, moved to St. Paul, and we married in April 2008.

Julie Coleman, Premarital Counseling in Minneapolis, MNWe have a mellow old Rhodesian Ridgeback named Chloe, and we enjoy traveling, dance and theater performances, and spending time with family and friends.
